Your soul is ancient.

Your spirit is a collection of all the parts of you that you were born to manage and keep in the present moment.

Or your unconscious mismanages it.

When a piece of your spirit is not in the same room as your body, it weakens you.

You will always feel the most powerful and ALIVE when ALL of your spirit is with you.
